The competition is hosted by North America Education Alliance (NAEA), and co-organized by the Toronto Secondary School of Art (TSSA) and supported by an extensive network of partner institutions across China, Canada, the United States, Europe, and other regions. Through these collaborations, NextGen maintains strong academic credibility and international reach.

As an international non-profit educational organization, the North America Education Alliance (NAEA) is dedicated to advancing youth arts education and cross-cultural exchange.
